NOTICE OF CHANGE TO REGULAR SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Verona Board of Education Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, June 10, 2025, has been moved to Thursday, June 12, 2025, and may begin at 6pm with a Confidential Session. The public portion of the meeting will begin at 7:00pm, and will be held at the Verona High School Learning Commons, 151 Fairview Avenue, Verona, New Jersey.

V~SEA 2025 “Where Learning and Fun Come Together!”
Verona Summer Enrichment Academy’s (V~SEA) goal is to expand students’ knowledge base, build on their interests and encourage creative thinking. We invite your children to participate in this unique experience, where they are taught in an environment which features hands-on, materials-based learning. The program focuses on interdisciplinary investigations and activities in the areas of literacy, science and mathematics focusing on grade specific themes.)

"Chris Herren: The First Day" is made possible through the generous support of the Township of Verona in cooperation with the Verona Board of Education, Verona Public Schools, and the Verona Municipal Alliance Committee
Alcohol and drug-free since August 1, 2008, Chris has spoken to over two million students nationwide with the goal of sparking honest discussions and making a positive difference in their lives. Through inspiring presentations, Herren empowers the audience and guides students to rethink how we look at the disease of addiction from the last day to the first.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., the Verona Board of Education and Township of Verona Council will hold a joint meeting, to review shared services on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Verona High School Auditorium, 151 Fairview Avenue, Verona, New Jersey, immediately followed by the scheduled Board of Education meeting.
